Cheesy Broccoli Rice & Turkey

- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Fat-free Reduced-sodium Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Chopped Cooked Turkey
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 2 cups Instant White Rice, Uncooked
- 6 oz. VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, Cut Up
COMBINE broth, turkey and broccoli in large skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 min.
ADD rice and VELVEETA; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. or until rice is tender and VELVEETA is melted. Stir until well blended.
KRAFT KITCHENS TIPS
Substitute Substitute 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.) for the chopped cooked turkey. Heat small amount of oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 5 min. on each side or until cooked through (170?F). Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm. Bring broth and broccoli to boil in large skillet; continue as directed, returning chicken to skillet along with the rice and VELVEETA.
How to Cube VELVEETA Cut VELVEETA into slices about 1/2 inch thick. Then, cut each slice crosswise in both directions to make cubes.
