10-minute Cheesy Mexican Rice

  • Prep Time: 5 Minutes (Total Time: 15 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 4
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) Condensed Chicken Broth (1.33 Cups)
  • 1 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
  • 2 cups Instant White Rice, Uncooked
  • 1/4 Pound (4 ounces) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, Cut Up
  • MIX broth and salsa in medium saucepan. Bring to boil.

    ADD rice and VELVEETA; stir. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. STIR until VELVEETA is melted.

    Prepare as directed, using reduced-sodium condensed chicken broth.
