Cheesy Chili Cornbread Muffins

- 1 package (7 ounces) Corn Muffin Mix
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 Egg, Lightly Beaten
- 1 can (4 ounces) Chopped Green Chilies, Drained
- 3 KRAFT 2 Percent Milk Singles, Chopped
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix muffin mix, milk and egg in medium bowl just until blended. Stir in chilies and Singles.
SPOON evenly into 8 greased or paper-lined muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.
BAKE 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Serve with a steaming pot of chili and a tossed green salad topped with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as CATALINA.
Variation - Cheesy Chili Cornbread Squares:
Prepare batter as directed, using KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles. Pour into greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares.
